TKB Stores Customer Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TKB Stores! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TKB Stores mobile application (the "App") and the services available through the App (the "Services"). By accessing or using the App or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions:

• Deals: Special offers or discounts on products or services.
• Customer: An individual who creates an account and uses the TKB Stores app.
• Products: Tangible goods offered for sale on the platform.
• Services: Intangible offerings provided by registered vendors.
• Order: A customer's confirmed request to purchase a product or service from a vendor through the TKB Stores app.

1. User Eligibility:

The Services are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. User Accounts:

You may be required to create an account ("Account") to access certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Products and Services:

TKB Stores offers a variety of products and services, including:

• A platform for purchasing products and services from a variety of vendors ("Vendors").

4. User Content:

You may be able to submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content ("User Content") through the App. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content, but you grant TKB Stores a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and translate your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

5. User Conduct:

You agree to use the Services in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Vendor Products and Services:

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information they provide about their products and services. TKB Stores is not responsible for any issues arising from your transactions with Vendors.

7. TKB Discounts:

• TKB Discounts may have specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to these Terms.
• TKB Discounts may be time-limited or subject to availability.
• TKB Stores reserves the right to cancel or modify any discounts at any time.

8. Orders and Payment:

• You agree to pay for all products and services you purchase through the App.
• TKB Stores uses a secure payment gateway to process payments.
• You are responsible for any fees associated with your payment method.

9. Customer Pickup:

You are responsible for collecting your order and redeeming your coupons within the designated timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. Failure to collect your order and redeem your coupon within the timeframe may result in:

• Storage fees: We may charge a reasonable storage fee for uncollected orders after a specified period.
• Order cancellation: We may cancel your order and return the items to inventory if they remain uncollected after a designated period. In this case, a refund will be issued, minus any applicable storage fees.

Note: Specific details regarding pickup locations, timeframes, and any associated fees will be clearly communicated once the deal is activated. It’s your responsibility to review this information and ensure you can collect your order within the designated timeframe.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TKB STORES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability:

TKB STORES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF TKB STORES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Termination:

TKB Stores may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

13. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.

14. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TKB Stores regarding the use of the Services.

15. Changes to the Terms:

TKB Stores may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.
